All domestic Zutter orders are shipped via UPS ground. Our standard processing time before an order is picked up by our carriers is anywhere from 7-10 business days as we print each tee to order. Please allow 2-3 days in addition during promotions, holidays or other times where all U.S. business activities are impacted.
Orders may partially ship depending on the availability of products. Shipping fees for partial shipments after the initial shipment will be waived.
Once we begin fulfillment on orders from your order date, a fulfillment confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking information. Please review your order details, sizing, and shipping information to ensure there are no errors!

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
We offer shipping to select international customers. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Please be aware that all international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. If for any reason you do not accept the order at customs, you will be responsible for paying return fees.
ZUTTER does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package.
Preorders are items that are not yet in stock, but will be available to ship at a future date. The estimated shipment date for preorders appears on the item's product detail page. Preorders are reserved until the item reaches our warehouse, where it will then be shipped to you. Ship dates and availability are are subject to change. You will not be charged until the item ships. If the item is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged.
ALL RETURNS & DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS UPON DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.
ALL OTHER RETURNS THAT SURPASSES THE RETURN PERIOD, EXCLUDING MANUFACTURER DEFECTS, ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
Returns will be reviewed by our customer care team and you can expect your qualifying refund to be processed within 5 business days, along with an email notification.
To qualify for return of merchandise, items must be in its original condition. Merchandise must also have been bought at regular full price, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Items that have been purchased at discount do not qualify for returns. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).
You must receive the RA# from our customer care team for your claim to be processed. Returns will not be accepted without the RA#. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued once your return request is approved and processed. The RA# must be visibly written on return box. We recommend return shipments to be sent via an issued carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and returns, including expedited charges.
